Refund policy

WE WILL NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL CUTTING OF ANY ITEMS WHEN OPENING UP THE PACKAGING WITH SHARP IMPLIMENTS...

We have a 7-day refund policy ONLY if item is faulty from manufacture not damaged in the post or change of mind. If you require fabric to match, please request a sample as screens can show different colours. If you've ordered the wrong colour then you will be responsible for all postage costs regarding sending the pockets back and new ones sent out. We will only offer a store credit for wrongly ordered pockets.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at roostorageau@gmail.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the packaging is damaged before opening. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not except responsibility or liability if you have placed your item in the wrong location and try to remove the sticky Velcro from that surface or if you have a change of mind in the future. Recheck location of pockets before sticking on to surface permanently.
