I ordered some samples and then followed up with a phone call to enquire about a custome order for one of the items I was ordering. They were very helpful and did not charge any extra for the custom item. We ordered one standard size 2 pocket and a custom size one pocket with 2 hooks. The order arrived quickly and was very pleased with the product. Looks great in the van.
